High
Income Business Opportunities
Want to win the search engine game?
Then create a product provide an answer for high income
business opportunities. It doesn't matter what the
outlook is for the economy, it seems everyone is looking to
the web for high income business opportunities.
I've been a web developer for 8 years. During these past 8
years, a lot of my clients have been coaching professionals
who were promised by Thomas Leonard that coaching was just the
home based business opportunity that was a high income
business opportunity that one could pursue from the comfort of
home.
Thomas l Leonard sparked a revolution when he combine the
allure of the home based business with the opportunity to
weave in an incredible amount of spirituality information into
the business model.

Unfortunately, many of those seeker of the high income
business opportunity now find themselves struggling with the
same issues that plague all "service based professional
services." The truth is, providing a service based
professional service is the most difficult of sales: the
intangible major sale.
My book,
Beyond the Niche:
Essential Tools You Need to Create Marketing Messages that
Deliver Results, focuses upon the differences between the
major sale and the minor sale. In a nutshell, major sales require a lot of
trust, a lot of information and take a lot of time to close.
When you add in the fact that the service isn't something
someone can touch or feel, you complicate the matter further.
Does this description sound like the formula for a high income business
opportunity? I think not.
Thomas Leonard lied. High income business opportunities do not
lie in the realm of major sales. The
key to creating high income business opportunities lies not in
the major sale, but the MINOR SALE! Minor sales are low cost,
require little information, are made quickly and have few if
any consequences.
Wal-Mart has made a fortune out of selling minor sale items.
However, I can't name one Fortune 500 or even Fortune 1000
company whose products and or services qualify as a major
sale.
With that said, there's a great living to be made at making Major Sales of the intangible variety. Consultants, coaches, accountants, lawyers are all examples of well paying careers which offer the intangible service as a means of generating income. But if your goal is to build a Walmart, a Target or a Walgreens, then you need to pick a different path.
